Black Belt Advancement

Major congratulations to Igor for his advancement to Shodan … Black Belt in Ichikan Aikido. He had a great Demo of his skill set and what he has learned.

Igor is an incredible human being and a real asset to our dojo. He is always willing to receive and incorporate instruction. He is also always wiling to work with other people in our dojo. The next year of his training will be about being an Instructor and refinement of his technique. There is so much to learn from that endeavor. His second year will then be filled with learning material for his next Belt Advancement.

It has been , and will be, a privilege to share our lives and our knowledge with him, as I know it is for him also.

Again … congrats on a Belt well earned.
